The Bring & Buy is a great tool for selling a handful of your old games and models – to make space for new games and models of course!

Some of us have a veritable mountain of cool, geeky stuff to sell – far too much for a bring & buy. The best solution – have your own table!

For a small booking fee – certainly no more than your run-of-the-mill indoor or outdoor carboot, you can happily sell your stuff all day. More than this, anything you sell on your stall (aka not entered in the Bring & Buy) will be commission free!

For a £10 Booking fee, you will have at your disposal a 2 metre by 2 metre plot, which will happily accommodate a full size table, or a combination of modular shelving, poker-sized tables or a clothing rack (for those that are cosplay and LARP inclined).

For new traders wanting a small stall to try things out, or simply stallholders who want a bit more space for their mountains of stuff, for a £15 Booking fee, you can have an expanded 3 metre wide by 2 metre deep plot, which should allow two tables, or a combination of table and shelving or clothes racks.

Additionally, we’ll do our best to ensure your expanded stall is on an end-corner, for maximum coverage (subject to availability on a first-booked-first-served basis).

The booking costs also include entry for up to 2 people running the stall – basically your entry is included with your stall. Chairs are provided by us at the venue, though we cannot guarantee the use of any tables on-site, so we recommend you bring your own fold-out and pasting tables*. For health and safety reasons, a table or other platform will be needed to sell your wares from, to keep the floor and gangways clear – though you would be able to put items for sale beneath your table.

*Basic Pasting tables are cheap and easy to obtain. B&Q stock them for £10. Wickes also has a similar table for £15. Wilkinson has a great plastic pasting table that comes apart completely for ease of transport for £25. We recommend bringing a table cloth purely to as a finishing touch to sell your wares. If you wish also to consider the portable modular shelves, these are also stocked by B&Q, Wickes and Argos for between £10 and £20.
